By using VOHR (“the app”) you agree to these terms.
1. VOHR is a player only
VOHR is a media player. It does not provide, host, supply, curate, or include any channels, movies, series, or other media. To use the app you must supply your own content source — an IPTV provider account (e.g. Xtream Codes) or a playlist/stream URL that you are legally entitled to access.
2. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- the content sources you add and the content you access through them;
- having the legal right to access that content; and
- complying with all applicable laws and with the terms of any provider you use.
You agree not to use VOHR to access content you are not authorized to access.
3. No affiliation
VOHR is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, any IPTV provider, playlist, broadcaster, or content owner. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for third-party servers, services, or content.
4. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Playback depends on your content source and network, which we do not control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or any third-party content or service accessed through it.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
